My policy is simple when it comes to a guarantee or warranty on my products.

MAKE IT RIGHT.  This means  if your holster for whatever item does not fit like you want, I will make it again.  I WILL make it right.  If that means making several until you are 100% satisfied, then that is what will happen. 

When you buy a product from me, it has a lifetime guarantee in materials and workmanship.  This guarantee covers the original owner, the next owner, the 27th owner.  It does not matter.  If I made it, I made it to last and it is covered.

Use it.  Abuse it.  If it wears out--not likely-- send it back and I'll refurbish, repair, or replace it at no cost to you except for the shipping.

If there is anything you are unhappy with, if it's a product, service, anything... contact me, and I WILL make it right.

How can I do this?  It's simple.  I make it to last, and if I'm not happy with it, it doesn't leave the shop.
