I am. I'm not a 12 year-old kid working in a sweatshop in the far East or South of the Rio Grande. I'm a middle-aged grumpy old American working in MY sweat shop in Tucson. I'm old fashioned. I make everything from scratch using only the best materials. I don't keep patterns around to use again and again. I make a holster and the pattern is tossed. Why? Everything I make is unique and I want to keep it that way. I think customer service should be a no-brainer, but unfortunately, in this day and age, it isn't. Well, I'm living in the 1800's so you get customer service. I want to exceed your expectations on the quality of my goods that I make, and the service you get.

When I started this business, I had friends tell me I needed to figure out a way to mass produce my goods. Nope. Not doing it. I don't want any part of that. Go to Bianchi, or Galco or Safariland, or some other mass produced holster company if you want that. I make my leather goods one at a time by hand. I won't say who, but I've made holsters for the vice president of one of the mass production holster companies. They were personal holsters for him. Why would he have me make them for him? The same reasons you would have me make them for you.
